Job Responsibilities
User Experience & Interface Design
·       Developing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless navigation, usability and overall user experience.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize product concepts.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
• Creating graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhance digital content and marketing materials

User Research & Market Analysis • Conduct user research to understand customer pain points, behaviors, and needs. • Analyze competitor products to identify design opportunities and industry trends. • Synthesize research findings into actionable design recommendations.

Design Systems & Branding • Maintain and enhance the company's design system, ensuring consistency across products. • Maintain brand identity and messaging consistency across all platforms and campaigns. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align product design with the company’s brand identity. • Assist in designing marketing and promotional materials as needed.

Collaboration & Communication • Work closely with marketing, analytics, sales, technical and delivery teams to ensure alignment of UX/UI designs with business objectives and user needs. • Present design ideas and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical teams. • Support in creating design documentation and guidelines for development teams.

Research and Trends ·       Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve digital strategies and user experiences.
